my first semester this year is so much different from last. i dont drink nearly as much, which leads to me actually going to classes.. weird, i know. turns out i do better if i go to class, hm. taking notes and studying has somehow worked itself into my life. 15 credits isnt so bad. although my OCC class didnt transfer so i have to make that call soon. next summer i think im living in a house with 5 guys on grand river... dont know any of them yet, but im taking over this guy name Dave's room. i havent actually checked it out yet, but the location is awesome and he said there's a walk in closet... sounds lovely. hopefully interning somewhere. who knows. i do know, no more farmington hills is in my future. good feeling. my mom said i'll have a car for the summer as well, so im damn happy with how everything is turning out. in the fall, me, mary, shannon, jordan, and hopefully molly cotter, are getting a house together. good times will be had there. and im getting another chinchilla when i move in there. yay :) earlier today i made liquor popsicles, gunna go see how they turned out. end. |

hokay, so. the room this year = very nice. 16 x 12... much better than 4 x 2 x 6 x 3 x whatever the crap we had last year. didnt trust myself to bring my camera anywhere welcome week, so i only have a few pictures that i've stolen from others. im actually keeping my side clean, its weird. we'll see how that turns out. jacque II is still alive and kickin. the marching band continues to play right outside our building again, JOY. and yeah. classes are lame but oh well. uh. here.

.. sounds about right. last nite was pretty sweet. worked 12-5, then class 7-10. class was lame like usual, but i calculated all my grades and shit, and discovered i only need a 44% on the final to be set for the class, which is nice. to study or not. it would be pretty sad if i got like a 42 so i may review a bit. after class, me mary leah and jill went to justins cottage. met some cool people, drank some horrible liquor. ugh. stupid russian vodka that i dont remember what it was called. i got a bug bite on my ankle its soo itchy. and! i busted my toe open again, that was wonderful. this summer has really sucked. probably the worst summer ever. i guess i just thought it would be more like last summer, but nope. oh well. at least i get some cash from working every fuckin day. i work every day til i go back to state, which will hopefully speed up these last 11 days. minus sunday, i took off to go to lansing, matts moving in to his house. that'll be a nice break. whats a good housewarming gift for a guy? i was going to get him a poster or something but i didnt know what he'd like, and he already bought a few so. i dunno, i'll find a little something. anyways. my entries are always pretty lame and just ramble. so. end. |

outstanding weekend. went camping in ludington with matt and his friends, there were 25 people altogether. it was so fun. me and a girl named laura did our first "real" beer bongs. heh. yay. lake michigan is fucking cold. the beaches were nice though. and now im back in boring farmington, filling out quizzes instead of doing my econ homework.
